Joe , Kevin, and Shae are joined by Rachel Barsness from Seattle and Heather Cobb (Cobby!) from Central New York to discuss their experience at Shae's Painted Horse Urban Ultra and Swan's Song Urban Run. Both Rachel and Cobby have an insane amount of running and ultra background that we didn't even get to scratch the surface on, but we hope we shared enough. We talk about the five amazing humans who completed the Painter's Revenge Challenge (Skunk Ape 60, Painted Horse 55k, and Swan's Song 30k) over the eight days, and the races themselves.
